The HRC programs allow the user to select a specific zone based on your age and fitness level - your treadmill will then automatically adjust the workout intensity to maintain your ideal heart rate. Telemetric heart rate measurement is standard - the NTR treadmills are delivered with a chest strap.
ReACT Absorption Control Technology: The ReACT technology is a patented suspended running deck providing a progressive cushioning system. ReACT works through a series of impact absorbing elastomer cushions of variable height and flexibility. Each cushion is tailored to a specific size and softness to automatically adjust to the user's weight and walking/running style.
