Recommended use
As a food supplement, take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and take another 3 capsules 30 minutes before afternoon and evening meals. Do not exceed 9 capsules per day. Do not use for more than 12 weeks at a time. For best results, use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program. Do not use for morethan 12 weeks at a time.

Week 1 – 1 capsule, 3x daily.
Week 2 – 2 capsules, 3x daily.
Week 3 and beyond: 3 capsules, 3x daily.

Do not exceed 12 capsules per day.
First time users should follow the dosing schedule listed above to assess their individual tolerance before using full dose.
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have been treated for or if you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart, liver, thyroid or psychiatric disease, diabetes, anemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, stroke or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement. Consult your doctor if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drugs. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if sleeplessness, tremours, dizziness, nervousness, headache, heart palpitations or tingling sensations occur.
