For those who require a Turkish Bath at home with more generous accommodation than HELO's steam shower, Roma 2001 is the perfect solution! Proven over more than ten years in leisure centres across Europe, these cabins can be installed in a domestic environment with much less fuss and cost than a conventional tiled room with wall and roof panels constructed from 8mm ABS plastic, the interior has a tough sanitary acrylic capping, reinforced with extra ABS up to 16mm thick in the pre formed seating area.
The result is an easily assembled cabin, lightweight but extremely strong and durable with clean, hygienic surface and the added benefit of reduced heat up time. A high quality 8mm bronze tinted safety glass door with robust aluminium frame and HELO'S popular steam generator guarantee long, trouble free performance. Since Roma cabins are free standing and have a non decorative exterior they are ideal for larger bathrooms - simply assemble, move into place and create a front wall finished to suit the surrounding area, confident that the modular, sealed design will provide a steam and waterproof construction! Indeed a Roma room can be installed anywhere in the home where a suitable drained floor, water and electricity supply and an adjacent shower are available. Popular models for the home are Type II - 2,100mm wide by 1,100mm deep - with four comfortable seats and the six to seven seater Types III & IV - 2,100mm square, the former having a useful, space saving corner door. To fit a ROMA cabin the following will be required:
1 metre clearance in width and depth to enable assembly.
A waterproof floor - tiled, Altro etc. - with a continuous fall 1:40 approx. to a central drain laid PRIOR to assembly.
A 40mm diameter drain outlet
A 100mm diameter high level ventilation duct to outside air.
Single or three phase electric supply of suitable amperage.
Site for wall mounting generator, 5 metres maximum from steam room.
½ " water supply mains or tank fed (2 metre head minimum) with check valve.
External finishing to exposed walls.
