Open an Account

Click “Create an Account” in the left menu, and enter your Email address, your own Password, your Name, your Registered Card address, and your Contact Telephone number. Your new Account will enable you to track your orders, keep a record of previous orders made, and provide a faster checkout process for future purchases. You can log into your account at any time by entering your Email address and Password in the login entry field.

Join our Newsletter

To join our Newsletter simply enter your Email address in the Newsletter entry field. We will send periodical notices of offers and new products via email.

Placing your Order Online

For online orders you will need to enter your Email address, your Name, your Registered Card address, your Delivery address, and your Contact Telephone number. When you submit your order you will be transferred to Sage Pay, where you will be asked to enter your Credit/Debit card details.

Sage Pay is our Online Payment Service Provider (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

Telephone Orders

Alternatively, you can place your order by Phone. You will need to provide us with your Name, Delivery address, Credit/Debit card details, and Email/Contact Telephone number where possible.

Orders by Post

We also take orders by Postal mail. We will require your Name, Delivery address, and Email/Contact Telephone number where possible. Payments by cheque require 10 days for bank clearance. Cash should be sent by registered post.

Payment

We accept the following Credit/Debit cards: - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo, Mastercard and Maestro. In addition, for online payments we also take Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Please note that we are unable to accept American Express at present.



Delivery

Orders of 1.6Kg or less in weight will be sent by recorded second class post. Please allow up to 14 days. Larger orders will be dispatched by courier. We will notify you by email or telephone when to expect delivery. Next day delivery is possible on some items however this cannot be guaranteed. Special day deliveries can often be arranged on request.

Items marked with Free Delivery on our website will not incur a carriage cost to the UK mainland.

Our couriers are obliged to deliver to the ground floor entrance, therefore you may need to provide labour to take heavy goods into your premises.

Please check the number of cartons received against the quantity on the driver’s delivery note. Any shortage must be clearly marked on the delivery note. Any damaged cartons should be marked on the delivery note and the words received in ‘good condition’ crossed out. Be sure to retain one copy of the delivery note for yourself. Please inform PJ Fitness Equipment of any shortage or damage immediately.
